Only parking permits, not license plates, can be issued from the City Clerk’s Office. Persons must live within the incorporated limits of Jamestown in order for the City Clerk’s Office to issue the permit. You are eligible for a parking permit for the disabled if you are a New York State resident who has one or more severe disabilities that impair your mobility. People with severe disabilities who need special parking arrangements may apply for a handicap-parking permit.
